SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy:

  • Free Domestic Ground Shipping: Available on all orders within the continental U.S. (excludes Outlet products)
  • Delivery Estimates:

                   *Small packages: 2-10 business days.

                   *Truck Orders: 3-15 business days pending weather condition

  • Transit: Delivery time depends on where you are located. All order ships out from our Southern California warehouse.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Damages: Please report any damages within 48 hours of receipt by phone or email.

     1. Small Packages:

Ship method: FedEx, UPS (excludes Outlet products)

Delivery timeline: 2-10 business days

  1. Oversized Shipments:

Shipping method: Trucking carrier

Free ground curbside shipping within the contiguous US (excludes Outlet products)

Delivery timeline: 3-15 business days

Delivery scheduling: The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time. An adult must be present to sign for delivery for all truck orders.

Note: Expedited shipping is not available for these items

In cases where delivery to certain zip codes is not possible, we will refer you to another vendor to place an order

 

  1. Order Tracking:

   Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships

   Tracking updates are available within 1 business day.

 

  1. Truck Package Inspection:

   Free delivery type: Standard curbside delivery. Please arrange for assistance to move items indoors.

A) Upon delivery, inspect your packages for any visible damages (dents, crushed, punctures, holes, tears, rips on the box) and notate the damages on the bill of lading. Products may still be intact even if the boxes are damaged. In this case, receive and sign the bill of lading with notation of the damages on the bill of lading. Take photos of the damages and notate clearly on bill of lading (Example: “Torn on center of box”). Open all boxes within 24 hours of shipment. Check for concealed damages. If you discover that the product has been damaged, then report to us within 48 hours of delivery either by phone or email. Photos of damages will be required.

B) Upon delivery, if there are obvious damages to the products in the box; refuse the package and notate the damages on the bill of lading (Example: “Refused due to severe product & box damage”). Take photos of the damaged products and report to us either by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery that you refused the shipment due to visible product damages. Photos of damages will be required.
