Return Policy:

Proof of Purchase: Receipt required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Window: 30 days for new, unopened items from ship date

Product Condition: Items must be returned unopened in their original packaging including all protection foam.


  • No restocking or return fees within 30 days of shipped date.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs except for damaged-in-transit or defective products.
  • Returns received damaged will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Refunds: Issued in the original payment form. Refund will be credited less return shipping cost (example: Paid $500, return shipping cost $100 = $400 will be refunded back)
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt of the returned item

  • We will send a return label.
  • Affix the label to your package.
  • A pick-up will be scheduled for returns via truck carrier.
  • Please drop-off at shipping location for small package shipment
