We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we strive to make the return process as convenient as possible. Please review our return policy guidelines below:
- Time frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Buyer Remorse: If the return is due to buyer remorse or a change of mind, the buyer will be responsible for both the outgoing and return shipping costs. Additionally, for products shipped through Less Than Truckload (LTL) services, such as bathroom vanities, fire pit sets, or large furniture purchases, a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return Authorization: Prior to returning the item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.
- Return Packaging: The item must be securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.
- Damaged Items: If the item is received in good condition by the buyer but returned to us in damaged condition due to carrier negligence, only 1/3 of the purchased price will be refunded, minus the shipping costs, restocking fee or any other fees incurred for both the outgoing and return shipments.
- Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund in accordance with our refund policy. Refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping costs or other fees associated with damaged returns.
- Purchased through a Retailer: If the item was purchased through a retailer, please reach out to the retailer directly for their specific return procedure. They will be able to guide you through their return process and provide any necessary assistance.
